Steven's background is an eclectic mix of marketing and kitchen experience. He ran kitchens as a chef in the Treasure Valley, and helped grow local businesses with content development and menu design. Steven spent 6 years in the bay area working with sustainable brands on their marketing programs, helping them to implement these ideas in the developing food world and beyond. He has been in the food broker industry for 3 years, and continues to grow his relationships with local and regional talent.

When not working, Steven enjoys playing and writing music, photography, riding dirt bikes and exploring the great outdoors.
