After 23 years of working just about every position that a restaurant offers Ben has finally found his true calling. With 12 years of "back of the house" experience, he has developed skills to elevate every dish that leaves the kitchen. The other 11 years spent in the front of the house have helped him engage with guests and provide unmatched service and hospitality. His motto has always been "Great hair, great care!" and that wont be stopping any time soon.
