Landon was born in Centerville, Utah, and developed a passion for food early on. When he was old enough to work, he began in the restaurant industry as a busser but quickly transitioned to the kitchen. It was there that he discovered his true calling and went on to study culinary arts at the Art Institute of Salt Lake City. With 17 years of experience in the kitchen, Landon has thrived in teaching, nurturing his creativity, and exploring his curiosity about food. As a young chef, he found joy and satisfaction in creating carefully crafted tasting menus and discovering new ways to highlight often-overlooked ingredients.

Outside of the kitchen, Landon enjoys music, skateboarding, snowboarding, and spending quality time with his loved ones. Adrenaline plays a significant role in his life, and he is always seeking ways to get his heart racing.
